Production issues are rare but can happen on occasion. If you do have any items with print defects or quality issues, please open a complaint using this form within 30 days of receiving the order.
It is important to provide a picture of the effected item so we can investigate the cause and find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
We are always happy to either reprint or refund an order which arrives with production issues.
