We know how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t ship on time. Below are some of the most common reasons for shipping delays:
Variations in fulfilment times
Our print on demand products generally take between 1-4 working days to print and ship, with most of our globally fulfilled products shipping within 48 hours. Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Outdated billing information
If you order through the Prodigi dashboard and have an outstanding payment, your orders will be placed on hold until the payment clears.
If you have not registered a valid credit card in your account, your orders will not be processed until you do so. You should receive an automatic email notification in either of these scenarios.
Since orders can only enter the fulfilment queue once payment has cleared, you’ll need to account for an additional 24 hours or more, depending on when the charge is finally approved.
Improperly linked Prodigi account
If you've recently requested a new password, or previously opened a Prodigi account via Shopify or by signing up on our website, you may need to re-enter your username and password in the app settings to ensure proper linking.
