When you edit or replace a product on Etsy, it may generate a new product in our system instead of updating the existing one. This occurs because the information received from Etsy might indicate that the original product was deleted or replaced, rather than simply edited. Consequently, the edited product appears as a new listing in Prodigi, with unique IDs used for identification. While the original listing with all its configurations remains in our system, we are unable to link it with the new product listing due to the differing IDs.
If you encounter this issue, you'll need to toggle off the old version of the product for fulfilment in Prodigi and then add your product and image configurations to the new listing. This ensures that any new orders you receive on Etsy will be fulfilled as usual.
