If you have received an order for your Etsy/Shopify/WooCommerce/Squarespace/Adobe Commerce/BigCommerce store and it hasn't appeared on your prodigi order dashboard, there are a few things to check.
1) Does your connection needs re-authorising? You can check by going to https://dashboard.prodigi.com/sales-channels (it will have a link to re-authorise if it does need this)
2) Is the order for product that is configured for Prodigi to fulfil? We would not receive orders for any products/verifications that have not been toggled on for us to fulfil.
3) Have you tried re-syncing the connection?
You can do this by going to your sales channel and selecting configure
Then going to the sales channel settings
and then pressing the update now button
4) Is the order already showing as fulfilled or shipped on your site? To prevent duplication, we would not pull in any orders that are showing as already fulfilled on your store.
5) Is the order a Squarespace order with a value of £0.00/$0.00? We only receive orders that are marked as paid and Squarespace does not mark a zero value order as paid.
