If we receive an order for a product via a sales channel which is set to be fulfilled by prodigi but the item isn't fully configured, we will set the order as 'Needs Attention.'
For example, the product below has all the variants set to be fulled by prodigi, however the image and product is not configured so any orders for these cannot be fulfilled automatically.
if you look at the example below, this product has the product and image added so any orders for these can go through automatically and will not go into 'Needs attention'
We will also send daily reminders if you have any orders set to be paused indefinitely.
What should I do if I didn't want Prodigi to receive these orders?
If you did not want orders for these products to come to us, please go you your sales channels, configure, and then toggle off the products you do not want to be fulfilled by Prodigi.
You can then cancel any 'needs attention' orders on the order page. Cancelling on our order page will not cancel the orders on your store and customers will not receive any messages about this.
