If you've added a new product or variant to your etsy store, wix store, woocommerce store, squarespace store, bigcommerce store or etsy store, it usually appears on our side within a couple of minutes but it can sometimes take up to an hour. If it still hasn't appeared within an hour, there's a few things to check
1) Does your connection needs re-authorising? You can check by going to https://dashboard.prodigi.com/sales-channels (it will have a link to re-authorise if it does need this)
2) What status are your products in? Your new products need to be either in active or draft status on your store as we don't import products if they have a different status to one of these
3) Is your store in Holiday mode? please check store is not in holiday mode as this can stop imports
4) Have you tried re-syncing the connection?
You can do this by going to your sales channel and selecting configure
Then going to the sales channel settings
and then pressing the update now button
5) If using Wix, please check that the product and variants have been configured in Wix with SKUs and inventory.
These settings allow Wix to mark the variants as being 'managed by Wix' which allows us to see them when we request the product.
if you have done all of the above and the product/variations still haven't appeared, please send screenshots of the missing products to the support so we can start an investigation help resolve this for you as soon as possible.
