Usually store connections are quite fast but it can depend on the number of products - it shouldn't take more than an hour though.
If it hasn't connected within an hour, the first thing to check is whether there are any error messages and if you have the store connected to another prodigi account. You can have multiple stores connected to 1 prodigi account but a store cannot be connected to more than 1 prodigi account.
If the above does not apply, the next step would be to try disconnecting your store and then re-connecting.
To disconnect your store, please log into your prodigi dashboard and then
1) Select ‘Sales channels’ from the menu on the left-hand side
2) Click ‘Configure’ next to the name of the store connection that you want to delete
3) Click ‘Settings’ in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘Delete this channel’
