How do I turn branded inserts on or off for my orders?

You can customise which types of order receive your custom inserts by logging into your Prodigi dashboard and navigating to the ‘Branding’ tab in your account settings.


Click ‘Edit’ on an insert set and then on ‘Settings’.


Here you can select which order types should include inserts by default.


If you want to turn off a branded inserts set fully, then uncheck all boxes listed under ‘Usage’.
