For multi-item orders, our shipping logic consolidates items instead of applying the full rate to each one.
For framed prints and canvases, the largest item in the basket sets the full shipping charge. Every other frame or canvas only adds its smaller “+1” rate, regardless of size. For example, if you order an A1 framed canvas shipping to the UK, the standard shipping cost is £11.50. If you add an A5 framed canvas to the same order, that item only adds £3.00 (“+1” cost) instead of its full £7.25 rate. The total shipping for both items together would therefore be £14.50.
For rolled prints, many regions (including the US, EU and AU) use a flat rate: you pay the full cost once for the largest rolled print in the order, and there are no “+1” charges for additional rolled prints. This flat-rate rule always applies to rolled prints we fulfil in-house. Orders produced through our partner network generally follow the same approach, but there may be exceptions.
If an order contains products that come from different fulfilment facilities, the shipping costs from each facility are combined. For instance, if a beer pong table has a shipping cost of £36.81 and a 9x12" fine art print has a shipping cost of £16.91, ordering both together for delivery to the US would result in a combined shipping total of £53.72.
Our dashboard pricing sheets show the exact full and “+1” rates for every product and destination.
