1) Is the address correct? We sometimes see customers mis-type their house number or postal code so it is worth double checking to rule this out as an issue.
2) if the tracking shows the order has been delivered, please check around the property and with neighbours.
3) Is the order outside the delivery time and are there any issues reported here ?
