Overnight shipping specifically refers to the shipping speed so excludes the production time. If you have ordered with overnight shipping, you will need to allow for production time as all our products are made on demand to order.
You can see our production times on the product page and within the browse products part of the dashboard. Our order tracker will also give you an estimated date once an order is in production.
Our overnight shipping option means that an order should arrive next working day* after being collected by the courier.
Couriers usually collect around 4pm so if an order is marked as shipped after this time, it may not be collected until the next day.
*Bank holidays and weekends are not counted as working days
