By default, we automatically send order confirmation, order shipping and orders needing attention emails to the email address you use to log in to your account.
To change your email notification preferences, please log in to the dashboard and then go to preferences
You can then choose to switch on or off order notifications (New order and shipment confirmations emails) and/or notifications of orders which are in requires attention status (Daily summary of any unfulfilled orders that are awaiting further information or have been paused indefinitely).
It is not currently possible to send these messages to a different email address to the log in one though.
