To delete your account, please email support@prodigi.com from your account email address and let us know your merchant id (you can find this under your profile here) and that you would like to delete your account and the team will then be able to action this for you.
Please also let us know what improvements we can make to the service as we value your feedback and are constantly working to add new features and products.
