How do I get my verification code?
Your code will be sent to the email address registered on your Prodigi account.
How long is the code valid for?
Codes are valid for 10 minutes. You have three attempts to enter it correctly before you'll need to request a new one.
I haven't received my code — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, you can request a new code from the dashboard. If you're consistently not receiving codes, the email address on your account may be out of date — contact our support team and we'll get it sorted.
Do I need to enter a code every time I sign in?
Not necessarily. Tick "Don't ask again on this device for 30 days" at the verification step and we'll remember that device for you. You'll still need your password every time.
What if I've lost access to my email account?
You'll need to recover access to your email account first. If you're permanently locked out, contact our support team — once we've verified your identity, we can update your account to a new email address.
Does 2FA affect API access?
No. Two-factor authentication applies to the dashboard only. API authentication continues to use API keys as normal.
Is the verification code case-sensitive?
No — you can enter it in uppercase or lowercase.
